Data Consent
Effective Date: Jan 1, 2026 · JUMANT LLC
This Data Consent notice supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It explains the optional uses of your data that require your explicit consent, and how to turn them on or off.
1. Essential vs. Optional Data Use
AGTA clearly separates two categories of data use:
- Essential: using your data to provide the Service — auditing your account, analyzing it, generating recommendations and (in V2) executing actions you approve. This is the performance of our contract with you and does not require separate consent. AGTA cannot function without it.
- Optional A — Anonymized benchmark: requires your explicit opt-in. You can use AGTA with this turned off.
- Optional B — Account-based marketing: requires your explicit opt-in. You can use AGTA with this turned off.
The optional uses are OFF by default until you activate them. Declining them does not degrade or limit the essential Service.
2. Optional A — Anonymized / Aggregated Benchmark
What it is: with your permission, AGTA includes metrics from your account in aggregated benchmarks so that you (and other users) can compare against the market — for example, average CTR/CVR by category or median ACoS for a niche.
How we protect your identity:
- Data is aggregated and anonymized before any benchmark use. Your brand, your ASINs, your individual figures, and anything that could identify you are never shown.
- We apply k-anonymity: an aggregate value is only published when a minimum number of distinct accounts is present in the group. If the group is smaller than that threshold, nothing is shown.
- Identifiable Amazon data is never shared with third parties, consistent with Amazon's policies and with our Privacy Policy.
What we do NOT do with this data: we do not build products that compete with Amazon, we do not train models unrelated to your account, and we do not sell your data.
3. Optional B — Account-based Marketing
What it is: with your permission, AGTA may contact you (by email or inside the product) with recommendations, alerts, and offers based on the real state of your account— addressing your specific issues (for example, "your ACoS rose 12% this month" or "you have 3 listings at risk of stock-out") instead of generic messages.
- This means AGTA analyzes your account data to personalize those communications.
- It is different from transactional / service emails (billing, security, changes to terms), which are always sent because they are necessary to operate the Service and do not depend on this consent.
4. Opt-out and Control
- You can turn each optional use (A and B) on or off independently, at any time, from your account settings ("Privacy & consent").
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Withdrawing consent stops the use going forward. For the aggregated benchmark, anonymized aggregates already computed cannot be re-identified or reversed (by design they no longer contain your identity); we stop including your data in future calculations.
- Withdrawing any optional consent does not affect your access to the essential Service.
5. Consent Record
AGTA keeps a record of when you granted or withdrew each consent (date, the version of this notice, and which option). This is necessary so we can demonstrate consent where the law requires it.
